Whetgrip came from the kill floor—not some office.

I’ve worked as a slaughterman, and like everyone else, I got fed up with sharpening stones sliding about, or worse—hitting the floor and smashing. So I made something better. Whetgrip grips the stone and the bench so you can just crack on and sharpen without the faff.

I didn’t build it because I needed it. I built it because it was needed.

It’s made in Britain, from food-safe, FDA-certified silicone, and you can dip it in the steriliser like anything else. Clean, tough, and built for proper graft.

Originally made for slaughtermen, but now used by butchers, chefs, hunters, and anyone else who wants their gear to actually work.
